I hope that when you are teaching, you have the courage and strength to hold your ground when less thoughtful colleagues start to wear you down. We really need young, thoughtful, energetic warriors to fight for the needs of children. I can see you are on the road to becoming one and you have writing talent that you should pursue.
I have spend a great deal of time in Canada from Cam loops to St. Johns. The coldest day in my life was in Ft. McMurry in northern Alberta.
